HOUSE RULES: Must be 24 or older to book our home. Only 2 dogs are allowed with a $100 pet fee. No smoking on the property. A $1000 fine will be enforced for smoking on the property, inside or outside! No parties or events. Check-out is at 10 AM. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. All sand needs to be cleaned off before entering the house. We have an outdoor shower and hose for this purpose. Failure to remove sand will result in an extra cleaning fee. Please refrain from making excessive noise past 10 PM. A $300 cleaning fee is required to be paid before check-in for long-term stays. WE DO NOT ALLOW GOLF CARTS FROM LOCAL RENTAL COMPANIES TO BE BROUGHT OR DROPPED OFF AT OUR PROPERTY FOR USE. PET RULES: • A $100 Pet Fee must be paid before check-in or your dog will not be allowed on the property. • Your dog should be friendly and house-trained. Dogs that utilize pee pads are NOT allowed. • We provide pet blankets that need to be used if your dog gets on the furniture. Dogs are not allowed in the beds! • Your dog must be supervised by you at all times or crated if left alone. • Please pick up after your dogs in the yard. There will be an additional cleaning fee of $100 if we have to have dog waste picked up. • Any dog that becomes disruptive will need to be removed immediately. • You will be charged for any damage caused by your dog. • Limit of two dogs. POOL RULES: You are swimming at your own risk. We are not liable for any accidents or injuries. NO PETS IN THE POOL! Children always need to be supervised. No glass is permitted around the pool or on the downstairs patio. We have provided plastic cups for your convenience to use around the pool area! If the glass is broken in the pool there will be an additional fee of $500 in order to clean the pool. There is an outdoor shower provided for your convenience! Please rinse off any sand prior to entering the pool. *** Violations of our rules will result in immediate cancellation***

Please note that we have two security cameras mounted to the front of our home. These cameras face away from the house and towards the driveway/road. These cameras are installed to ensure the safety and security of our home. One camera is cellular and the other is WiFi enabled. For your privacy, there are no other cameras or audio devices located anywhere else in the home or outdoor areas.
